This needs to be written in first person Iike instructions for someone reading it and it needs to be like we (the unit) is rolling out a new system (IV pump) and the nurse is going to be in charge and we are walking her through the process of doing it by this process and using this paper/format to do it.

As we roll out a new IV Smart pump system in our facility, you (nurse graduate) shall be required to take an active role in every phase of the system development life cycle ranging from planning to the post-implementation phase. In the planning phase, you will evaluate the benefits, terms, and goals of the documentation system. Further, you will engage, initiate and participate in the creation of system implementation strategies, budgeting, and creation of project leadership and team structure.
You can do away with the first paragraph and dive directly into the need for introducing the new system.
Your introduction can be something like:
Our facility is creating/designing a new IV Smart pump to allow a tailored library of medications with dosing guidelines by establishing standard concentrations, dosing limits, and alerts. The development and adoption of this system will need your (Graduate nurse) participation in each and every step. In this case, you will need to play various roles in each phase to ensure that the system not only reduces medication errors but also makes the provider’s work easier.
