The final project enables you to infuse theories, concepts, and vocabulary learned in the course with a contemporary management issue. Since business management is the subject of the report, content should never drift from the identified purpose. This final project is an applied analysis; therefore, you should only use experts to support your positions, arguments, suggestions, or recommendations.

Requirements
In your paper, be sure to include the following:
- Introduction and topic selection. Provide a brief focus statement about your paper, a synopsis of your chosen topic, and what the reader can expect.
- Functions of management. Explain how your chosen topic relates to the four functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
- Management skills. Explain how management skills are utilized in terms of your topic. Be sure to analyze which skills would be useful and why.
- Motivated workforce. Assess how your topic relates to building a motivated workforce. Where applicable, discuss how diversity plays a role. Explain what human resource management principles apply here.
- Solutions. Discuss how the findings can be expanded, implemented, or promoted when determining managerial solutions. Apply specific theories or models that would benefit this issue.
- Summary. Culminate your paper with a few concluding paragraphs about what your paper discussed and how it can be beneficial to practitioners.

Post a 50- to 100-word composition that summarizes the importance of your chosen issue relative to effective and efficient management. Your peer responses should provide insight for your classmates on their management topics, for example, by adding a perspective, source, or situation that can aid them in their research.
- Module 4—Discussion Forum: Statement of Purpose (seperate from the paper)
Post a 50- to 100-word composition that demonstrates how management theory and practice are applied in your research through a clearly established scope and statement of purpose. Be sure that your introductory paragraph is written in an inductive or deductive way that clearly articulates the purpose of the research paper and that it avoids absolutes that rarely occur in professional research.
GUIDELINES
For this final paper, thoroughly discuss your chosen topic and, when possible, provide specific examples or recommendations.
Your paper should:
- Be 1750 to 2500 words in length. It must be prepared using Calibri 11-font or Arial 11-font with 1-inch margins. (8 pages is enough the other 2 pages are for the statement of purpose & Managment issue choice
- Include author’s full name appearing in the paper’s footer left margin, along with the page number centered, and the course at the right margin.
- Include a cover sheet, a table of contents, and an appropriate References section in addition to its content pages.
- Follow academic research approaches and APA citation format, including in-text citations and a References list. All references must have integrity of source (i.e., professional journals, newspapers, books, and media sources). Encyclopedias, including Wikipedia, college textbooks, and dictionaries are not acceptable sources for college writing.
