Attached is the requirements for the essay. I would like it to be about nursing shortage. Please touch on the unavoidable issues, such as aging population and workforce, but mostly I would like it to focus on the things that are modifiable that contribute to problem with nursing shortage… like how hard it is to get into a nursing program, lack of BSN programs, burnout, etc. and what can be done to fix those problems. Also it needs to be in APA format. 1050-1750 words long. Please do not forget to include an abstract, and cite at least 3 peer reviewed articles.
