The matter of balanced diet implies that the food an individual takes should comprise major food classes such as carbohydrates, proteins, and vitamins. Nutritional and dietetics professionals underscore that people should prioritize plants proteins over animal proteins. Vitamins are derived from vegetables and fruits such as pawpaw, mango, and apples.
