I have a health promotion proposal plan that I need to create. The topic is African American women living with HIV in Miami, FL. I need someone to create an intervention and evaluation plan based on the literature review that I have already completed. This paper is about 12 pages long and I already have 6 pages of the proposal completed. All I really need help with is the intervention and evaluation plan section of the paper. The intervention plan must discuss the potential formative and summative approaches to the evaluation and provide details of the evaluation plan, including tools, process and data analysis.
According to my instructor, the intervention and evaluation plan must be something that I create not that someone has already completed or created. This portion of my paper must be at least 3 pages with 3 peer-reviewed journal articles within the last 5 years, APA formatted. No need for a title page but will need the reference page to be created.
