In Section A, you are required to create a visual depiction via a Concept Map that demonstrates the connection of each Program Outcome to a minimum of three (3) course assignments. The assignments chosen must be from different courses and must represent courses with and without a practicum component. Use the software of your choice to develop a Concept Map (freehand, written, or drawn concept maps are not permitted).

Outcome #3: Demonstrates a personal assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and an opportunity to for growth and improvement through reflection and self-evaluation.
Outcome #4: Assignments demonstrate knowledge gained through learning of scope of practice, regulations, competencies, and skills of future practice.
Outcome #5: Assignment demonstrate advocacy for positive health outcomes through learning of nursing theories which places the patient in the center of the health plan by way of comfort as a tool. It encompasses patients views and opinions of situations as it pertains to their healthcare needs and appropriate delivery of care.
