Change Obstacles
1. Discuss your change project events or obstacles that are new this week and share them with your peers. What adjustments did you make, if any? Describe the progress you have made thus far.
2. In order to develop strategies to implement a change project, you must be able to answer these questions: why is change needed, and how will it affect the facility? Describe your answers to your classmates within the context of your change project.
